Eligibility
  • Merit based;
  • Shady Spring High School graduating female who attended Shady Spring Middle School;
  • Must have actively participated in at least one high school varsity sport.

Family, friends, students, fellow school administrators, and teachers pooled their resources to honor Charles Meadows. Mr. Meadows was an educator for 45 years, including his service as principal of SSMS. The recipient of this merit based scholarship must be a female who attended SSMS and is graduating from SSHS. The recipient must also have actively participated in at least one varsity sport while in high school.
