Eligibility
  • Provides scholarships to students attending the University of Richmond and when possible to those who are of WV origin, with preference to Raleigh County.

Warren A. Thornhill III, established this scholarship fund in honor of his mother. Income is used for financial aid to attend the University of Richmond, Mrs. Thornhill’s alma mater.
