This fund was started by Mr. Harnsbarger, now deceased, to provide scholarship support for Oak High School
​graduates attending college.

Scholarship information:

Eligibility

• Oak Hill High School graduates, who are full-time students in an accredited college or university.
• Applicant must have participated in at least two sports while in high school and a GPA of 3.0.​ 

Renewable:   Yes; must re-apply annually and maintain a GPA of 2.25 for maximum of three years.
