Woodrow Wilson Class of 1954 Scholarship Fund
Eligibility
- Woodrow Wilson graduate;
- Need-based;
- Students with a C average or better will be considered.
As part of their 50th reunion activities in Oct. 2004, the WWHS Class of ’54 held a silent auction to raise money for a named scholarship fund. A number of individuals also made personal contributions. They were further assisted by a challenge grant from the Beckley Citizens Scholarship Committee. When the 100 classmates and 70 guests said their farewells, they had reached the $10,000 goal to establish a new scholarship fund. Additional gifts have been received since the reunion.
