John and Peggy White Family Fund

Margaret “Peggy” Richmond White is utilizing the popular BAF “Building over Time” option to create a fund recognizing her family and particularly memorializing her late husband Dr. John P. White. John practiced dentistry in Beckley for 32 years. He was an Eagle Scout, a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at WVU, an Elder in the Beckley Presbyterian Church, a Rotarian, Chairman of the State Board of Health, and President of the New River Dental Society. Peggy and John have two children, Missie White of Oklahoma City, and Paul S. White of Charleston. John died in May, 2010, after a long illness. Peggy taught school for many years in Raleigh County, is active in many church and civic programs, and served on the BAF Distribution Committee.
