Roy and Polly Lucas Memorial Fund

Local businessman Chuck Lucas established this unrestricted endowment in memory of his parents. Roy J. Lucas Sr. founded Lucas Tire in 1945. Roy and Polly had three children, Roy J. Lucas Jr., now deceased, Van Lucas of Roanoke, VA., and Charles “Chuck” Lucas.
